PopUp Fringe: ART
25th October 2018, 7:30pm - 9:30pm.
Hathersage Hall Business Centre, Main Road, Hathersage, S32 1BB
This first pop-up Fringe event, a unique, exclusive opportunity to acquire original artwork from leading local artists including Anthony Marshall, Lizzie Shuttleworth, Si Homfray, Angus Stokes and John Seddon.
All the art is exclusive to the pop-up Fringe and available to view online at the Fringe Gallery.
This is a one-off opportunity to buy artwork which will not be available anywhere else, with a donation from the event going to the Cardiac Risk in the Young — a very worthy cause with a particular relevance to the Hope Valley: monies raised during the event will ensure that screenings of our young local people will continue.
On the night we will be conducting a silent auction for the exhibits on display with the opportunity to meet and talk with the artists themselves. The motivation behind many of the works has been inspired by the stunning beauty of the Peak Park, all of which evoke many of the feelings as to why we love, live and work in the area. The Fringe would like to share this with as many people as possible to highlight the unique nature of the Hope Valley and the Peak District.
The intention is to hold regular PopUp Fringe activities to represent the diverse nature of the businesses in the area and celebrate the best available in each category, whether that be photography, literature, science or education and everything in between. Each PopUp Fringe will be actively supported by the 7th Wave blogging platform, giving an online voice to all the participants with the chance to meet and greet in person at each unique venue.

We look forward to seeing you on the 25th October at the Hathersage Hall Business Centre.
